Nicolette Amaral, of Bake Me Away, is a Rhode Island-based Pastry Chef with nearly a decade of experience in the baking industry. Bake Me Away’s main philosophy and focus is in creating custom-specialty, intricately designed cakes and pastries that are crafted using only natural, preservative-free, high-quality products, and all produced from scratch.
She is a graduate of the University of Johnson and Wales, Culinary School and holds a degree in Baking and Pastry. In addition to her academic qualifications, she also completed a semester interning for Pastry Chef Marc Soliday, of Confectionary Designs in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, whom is renowned for intricate and elegant cakes and pastries’ designs.
